Do you need money to start your business? OPERATION BOOTSTRAP, a regional business training program, might be the answer. The Southern Illinois Entrepreneurship Center offers, through funding from the Delta regional authority, an intensive business training program for fledgling entrepreneurs who plan to start their business in the Illinois Delta region.

During the course of the 12 session training, participants learn the skills needed to successfully start and sustain their own business. Upon successful completion of training, participants may submit their business plan created during the course to an independent review committee to compete for seed grant funding.
